What You’ll Need to Submit for Accreditation

To apply for Accreditation through the Association for Coaching (AC), you’ll complete all required materials within the IAT™ Coaching Accreditation Workbook, using the resources provided in your student portal.


✅ What’s Included in the Workbook

  1. Coaching Log (Minimum 50 hours)
    Includes both practice and client-based coaching sessions.

  2. Learning Log
    Reflects on your growth during breakout sessions.

  3. Assessment Questions (Three, minimum 500 words each):

    1. Your personal coaching approach

    2. A case study

    3. Your fitness to practice

  4. Confirm your adherence to the Association for Coaching’s Global Code of Ethics


📤 Step 1: Submit Your Workbook

Upload your completed workbook as one file in the Step 1: Complete Your Accreditation Workbook with PDS chapter of your Integrated Attachment Theory Certification (Accreditation) course located in your student dashboard. Then, email us at [email protected] to confirm your submission.


✅ Step 2: Final Accreditation Application

Once your workbook is approved, our team will send you:

  1. Accreditation Assessment Checklist

As part of the official accreditation application process, you’ll be required to upload the following documents directly to the Association for Coaching’s online portalnot through The Personal Development School platform available in the Step 2: Your Final Submission to the Association for Coaching chapter of your Integrated Attachment Theory Certification (Accreditation) course:

  1. Client Reference
    One completed reference using the provided template.

  2. Coach Self-Assessment & Development Plan
    A self-reflective document outlining your personal and professional development.

You’ll then be ready to submit your final application directly to the Association for Coaching.
