How can I put my All-Access Pass on hold?

You can pause your membership for up to 6 months if you're not planning to use your benefits for a while. While paused, you won’t be charged at the end of your current billing cycle, and you won’t have access to your membership benefits. You can resume your membership anytime at the current rate of your selected plan.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to your Profile Icon, and click on Account Settings.


  2. In the Membership section, click on "Manage Membership" under Your PDS Membership to view details about your subscription.

  3. Click "End Your Membership"

  4. then select "Continue to Cancel"

  5. On the next screen, select the option "Pause for [Period Time]"

  6. You can select the time frame you wish to pause your subscription. Then you can click on "Pause My Membership".

  7. Once you have confirmed, it will show on your account as shown below:

If you want to resume using your membership, click "Resume Membership"
