What should I do if my PayPal payment is declined?

Your PayPal payment was declined:

There are several reasons why your PayPal payment may not go through:

  • If your PayPal debit or credit card was declined, check to see if:

    • Your card has expired.

    • Your card hasn't been activated.

    • Your card hasn't been confirmed on Paypal.

    • If nothing has worked, please get in touch with your bank/credit card provider to verify if there are any issues.

  • ​If your payment won't be processed with your bank account:

    • Change the payment method at checkout. You must add another payment method if you only have one on your PayPal accounts.

    • Confirm your recipient’s email address or phone number is entered correctly.
