There are several reasons why your PayPal payment may not go through:
If your PayPal debit or credit card was declined, check to see if:
Your card has expired.
Your card hasn't been activated.
Your card hasn't been confirmed on Paypal.
If nothing has worked, please get in touch with your bank/credit card provider to verify if there are any issues.
If your payment won't be processed with your bank account:
Change the payment method at checkout. You must add another payment method if you only have one on your PayPal accounts.
Confirm your recipient’s email address or phone number is entered correctly.
