Your Credit card was declined:

There are several reasons why your credit card payment may not go through:

  • An error in putting in your credit card information

  • You reached your credit card limit, or there are insufficient funds

  • The card has expired or hasn't been activated

  • The credit card provider has put restrictions on the card (this is common for online foreign transactions)

  • Web browser cookies

Here is how you can get through these issues:

  • Double-check that the credit card information (the Card number, Expiration date & CVV number) is correct on the checkout page.

  • Check your credit balance/bank statement to see if you have enough credit to make the transaction.

  • Try using a different browser to make the purchase. Or try purchasing in an incognito/private window or tab on your web browser.

  • If nothing is working, please get in touch with your bank/credit card provider to verify if there are any issues.

  • If even your bank cannot help and you think there might be something wrong with our checkout, please get in touch with our Customer Support team. Provide as much information as possible (screenshots are helpful), and we'll reply ASAP!
