Here at Personal Development School, we take transparency seriously. We never intend to charge you for something you don't know about. We also provide as much information about our payment methods.

If your bill didn't reflect what you expected, there could be a few reasons:

VAT & GST Taxes

If you made a purchase from the UK or the European Union, you'll be charged a VAT (Value Added Tax) on top of your purchase.

If you made a purchase from Australia, Canada, or other countries, you'll be charged a GST (Good & Services Tax) on top of your purchase.

Exchange Rate

All of our prices are displayed in US dollars, and when placing your order, your local bank automatically converts the currency. Each bank has its own exchange rates and fees, which will be reflected in your bill. If you have questions, please get in touch with them.

Early Bird Discount Expiration

We often provide special discounted offers for only a limited time.

However, if you try to return to the special offer page after it expires, you might find that the special price has expired.

Our checkout page will always display the correct price for you at the time of your purchase, so please double-check when submitting your order.

Recurring Payments

After signing up for our Memberships, you'll automatically be billed on a pre-agreed date (monthly, quarterly, or annually). We always display clear pricing policies on our checkout page, so please double-check the dates and payments.

I Was Double Charged

If you were double charged for some reason, please contact our Student Success Team. They'll help you sort out the issue.
