The program is divided into 3 parts:

  1. Part 1 - Prerequisites: Weeks 1-4

    1. 4 weeks of training with our IAT Coaches on specially selected Personal Development School courses designed to give you the necessary background on Integrated Attachment Theory and it's relationship to IAT Coaching (Live Training Format)

    2. 4 weeks of self-guided training on specially selected Personal Development School courses designed to give you the necessary background on Integrated Attachment Theory and it's relationship to IAT Coaching (On-Demand Training Format)

  2. Part 2 - Intensive: Weeks 8-12

    1. 8 weeks of live training sessions with Thais Gibson, Integrated Attachment Theory founder, covering coaching basics to culminating in specialized training on how to launch your coaching business and build systems that drive clients into your practice. You'll receive the essential client resources, and access to our private online community and groups (Live Training Format).

    2. 8 weeks of self-guided training culminating in specialized training on how to launch your coaching business and build systems that drive clients into your practice. You'll receive the essential client resources, and access to our private online community and groups (On-Demand Training Format).

  3. Part 3 - Certification: Week 12+

    1. After completing the program you'll need to pass the final exam is a multiple-choice questionnaire, and you must score at least 60% to pass. Don’t worry if you don’t get it on your first go, you can retake it up to 3 times and have up to 3 months to complete it (Live Training Format and On-Demand Training Format).
