Live Training Format:
Weeks 1-4 are live sessions where you'll have support from our professional IAT coaches

Weeks 8-12 are live sessions where you'll be able to practice your skills with and get your questions answered by Thais Gibson
On-Demand Training Format:
Your instructor will be Thais Gibson who has recorded your program in advance. You will not have access to support from instructors or mentors in this format.
