If you have forgotten or lost the password for your account, there is an easy way to recover it:
Through the main login page.
Through the settings page in your PDS account.
Recovering Your Password through The Main Login Page
Open the PDS Login Page.
Click on the ‘Forget Password?’ link:
Enter your email address and click on the ‘Submit’ button: Please make sure that it is the email address that was used to purchase your subscription, or that you used to sign up to.
Your next mission is to find the email in your inbox with the subject line Reset password instructions and click on Change My Password in the email.
Once you've entered your new password, simply click on ‘Change My Password’ and you're Done!
Head back to the PDS Login Page and log in with new access details.
Through the settings page on your PDS account.
Log in to your account, and click on the Profile Icon.
A sidebar navigation will appear, click on Account Settings.
Click Password, from your left column.
Enter your new password and current password, simply click on the ‘Update’ button and you're Done!
